We are proud to announce the arrival of three dog puppies born December 6th 2011 from Antrimlodge Showgirl by Aust Ch Neverland Freddie Mercury.
The boys are available to loving homes at $ 1000 each which includes CCC(Qld) registration,microchipping,vaccination,vet checke etc.
All our pups are very well socialised to children,adults,other pets etc and being raised inside with our family are happy,friendly and outgoing puppies.
ABOUT
The English Toy Terrier is an alert,loyal and active breed.
This dog gets along wonderfully with children and loves human companionship.This breed is an ideal indoors or outside dog as it has no odour and is virtually non shedding and requires minimal grooming.

It is an elegant little dog with a lovely glossy black coat with distinctive tan markings which should be a rich tan colour.
Height is around 10 to 12 ins with a stocky build without appearing coarse. They must have upright candle flame shaped ears which is the distinctive mark of this dog.
Temperament. Outgoing and friendly little dogs which are easy to train and do not bark unless someone is there.
Very little grooming is needed with this short coat which they do not shed very often. A quick wipe over with a damp cloth is enough to keep the coat looking nice.
They do need companionship and a walk at least three times a week but do very well in just a back yard situation as long as they are part of the family as they are such friendly little dogs.
They are a very healthy little dog which rarely gets sick with no serious breed defects

Sasndash Black Jewel or jewel has had a outstanding show career including Runner up Best of Breed at Brisbane Royal ad Bitch Challenge at only 8 months of age under Mrs M Macbeth(Canada) ,class in show and many Best of Breeds.

Pearl is a lovely young bitch who was born 13/9/10 with the sweetest of temperaments and is also known as "Sweet Pea".
Pearl has been very successful in the showring and her wins include class in group and Reserve Challenge bitch at Brisbane Royal under Mrs Mike Macbeth(Canada) at 11 months.

ANTRIMLODGE SHOWGIRL
Antrimlodge Showgirl is by Ch Candlflame Tuxedo out of Sasndash Princess.
Kasey has had a successful show career with numerous Best of Breed titles and before having a break for her puppies she was only 1 point away from obtaining her Australian Champion.
She has also helped Daniel and Emily to wins and placings in the very competitive junior handler classes.
Kasey will return to the show ring February 2012.

HISTORY
This breed originated in England in the 16th century and was used predominately to contol vermin and were used in rat pits at local inns.

FAREWELL BAILEY
We all miss Australian Champion Candlflame Tuxedo( Bailey) very much after he passed away after an accident late February 2011.
Noted for his outstanding temperament and a true member of the family he also had a successful show and stud career.He gained his Championship title and was Reserve Challenge dog at Brisbane Royal 2010.
He was also the sire of Antrimlodge Ebony Rose who was Best of Breed Brisbane Royal 2010,Reserve Challenge bitch Adelaide and Melbourne Royal 2010 and has just obtained her Championship title and the sire of our Antrimlodge Showgirl
Bailey's sire was the very influential Ch Amalek High Hopes(U.K) who has made such an outstanding contribution to the English toy Terrier breed in Australia.His dam was Ch Notron Miss Tuppence who is herself the dam of a number of champions.
